Hi Hunnayzzzz! How is your week coming? Today is an emotional day for me, but I will try not to cry…lol. I’m happy though, and I thank God all the same. Note to myself (and to you guys of course): Be Positive always. If you’re in my part of the world, you must have heard last week, one of the trending topics on social media: #ThingsILongThroatFor…it is just ''Things I Long Throat For'' merged together. It started as a tweet by a famous artiste in Nigeria. Apparently, it was a promotion for a brand’s new product. Trust social media to make it trend and yes, we were able to know some of the things people crave for. Funny, funny things oh! Well, I have decided to bring it to you guys, so we wouldn’t be left out of the fun. I expect that you also participate and state things you crave for! Hi Darlings…let me report myself by myself. This is simply a case of indiscipline, wilful negligence and procrastination on my part. I seriously don’t have any VALID excuse for abandoning you my Beloved all this while. Though I am trying to work on the blog and make it user friendly for all our visitors, I don't see that as enough excuse. It’s been over a week, and I missed you all greatly. How have you been? What have you been up to? Over the past days, I have gotten inspiration to talk about Anger Management...Experience is the best teacher, so I have decided to use myself as an example. With this blog, my life is no longer a secret oh! I’m very sure that in a little time from now, you’ll be able to fill up all the tiny bits and pieces of my life. In this era of social media and all its accomplices, I have heard the word ‘’feminism’’ no fewer than a million and one times, and I was almost confused with the way the term is being used, so I had to look up the meaning of the word, read and also learn what the fuss is all about, and why now. One of the definition is that; Feminism is a belief that MEN and WOMEN should have equal rights and opportunities. Another definition says ‘’it is an organized activity in support of women’s rights and interests’’. Well, if you align yourself with the latter definition, I support you. I’m all for women rights and interest 100%. But I think the former definition should be classified…’’equal rights and opportunities’’? Where? This should be limited to workplaces; level playing ground for both sexes, ability to hold public office as the men, fair pay, maternity leave when due etc. Also; right to education, right to own property, right to vote etc. Feminist movement which also seek to prote...

Hi Guys! "Happy" is the least way to describe how I feel. We've hit 10 million page views (I meant 10 thousand actually…lolzzz) in less than six months. The excitement is surreal. God bless you guys. And yes, my last article is the blog’s most popular article. We had almost 1000 page views on that topic in less than 24 hours which is happening for the first time actually. I appreciate every one of you. You’re my motivation to keep writing. I wouldn’t be writing if there’s no one to read and also share their thoughts with the rest of us. This life ehn, this life…you’ll think you’ve ‘’jumped and pass’’ until someone throws you another one. So, some days ago, I was on my own ‘’jejely’’ and someone asked me a question… ‘’Madam, what are your plans now that the service year is over?’’ See me running my mouth and downloading her with my plans. You know, as a lawyer, working under supervision is very crucial at this stage, so as to build your craft and establish a solid clientele base. So I told her how before the service year ran out I had sent out applications and CVs to reputable law firms and how I intend to also go back to school in between and run some professional courses to broaden my knowledge and enhance my chances in the society, I also told her that I intend to take more intense classes on bead making and grow my hair business which I have already started on a small scale. For those of you who may think I have abandoned my blog…’’ laye e, laye e, baby ko jo’’ (meaning: It’s not happening). Yeah! I rebuke you people in Jesus’ name. I can’t abandon the blog oh! How can I? Not now when full time bloggers can afford to buy a 600 million mansion without blinking an eye! There is God oh!
